Brett practices Spine and Pain Medicine at Sapphire Community Health, where he also serves as the Chief Medical Officer.

Melanie Goodnight

CNO

Melanie is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who strives to educate patients on their co-morbidities and improving their overall health. She enjoys ranching with her husband and two young boys in Florence.

Susan Devine

APRN

Susan provides comprehensive mental health care for clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders. Susan is also a certified health and wellness coach and utilizes a holistic approach to patient care.



Lauren Fowler

APRN

Lauren enjoys working together with her patients to provide optimal health care. In her free time she likes hiking, camping and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog, Samson.

Christina Crites

RN

Chris is an RN and has been enjoying the psychiatric nursing field for five years. She calls Montana home and enjoys hiking and walking at distances less than 200 feet.

Chris Farey

Quality Manager

Before coming to Sapphire Community Health, Chris spent 14 years working in ED Admitting; HR; Physician Services; and 9 years in Quality Management. In her off time she enjoys photography, pottery, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren.



Lorri Weddle

LPN

Originally from Duluth, MN, Lorri works with Lauren Fowler and thoroughly enjoys her job! Lorri lives in the Bitterroot Valley where she absolutely loves working, skiing, hiking, camping, riding four wheelers, photography and her job!

Virginia Froseth

LPN & LMT

Virginia focuses on primary care and pain management with Dr. Bender, she is currently in the process of earning her Health Coach certification.

Nicolette Paddock

RMA & MLT

Nicolette lives in the Bitterroot Valley with her husband and 5 children. She has been the lab tech for the past year at SCHC, she loves the morale of the clinic and its wonderful team of medical professionals.



Deborah Eckheart

LCSW

Originally from the Land of Oz (Kansas), Deb has a background in school mental health, parent education, and social work. She enjoys working with people throughout their lifespan and approaches therapy through the lens of trauma and attachment.

Tamera Klapwyk

LCPC & MHC

Tami is a Montana native who has worked in agencies, schools and private medical practices offering services to children, families, couples and adults. Tami specializes in child attachment, adoption issues, and adult trauma.

Coy has years of experience with healthcare management in both hospital and clinic settings across the country. Originally from Arkansas, Coy enjoys hiking the vast Montana wilderness and photographing the abundant wildlife.
